Privacy note

What we collect: Only what you type into our forms: your name and email, plus anything else you choose to share, like your phone number, location, studio details, the products you're curious about, or a note. If you apply to our affiliate program, that also includes your social link, how you'd share Bombshell and your audience size.

Why: To send you Bombshell launch news, reply to your message, follow up about wholesale or your affiliate application, and figure out where and what to launch first. We won't call or text you unless you ask us to.

Where it's kept: In a private file on our web host, outside the public part of the website. It's never shown on this site.

Spam control: To stop automated spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself. We only use it to count recent sign-ups, and old entries are cleared out automatically the next time someone uses one of our forms. Like most websites, our web host also keeps standard server logs.

How long: We keep your info until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Ask us to delete it and it's gone within one week.

What we don't do: We don't sell your info, and this site doesn't use tracking or ad cookies.

Your choices: You can unsubscribe from any email. To see, change or delete your info, send us a note through our contact form or message us on Instagram @bombshell_tattoo_products.
