Bombshell Affiliate Program Terms

These are the ground rules for sharing Bombshell as an affiliate. We kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, just ask.

1. The program

Bombshell Tattoo Products is a woman-owned tattoo care brand. Our products and this program open at launch.

Applying now doesn't guarantee approval. We approve or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Who can join

Anyone who wants to share Bombshell, subject to approval.

3. Your link

We'll send you your personal link when we launch.

A sale counts when someone makes a purchase within 24 hours of clicking your link. If they clicked more than one affiliate link, the last link clicked gets the credit.

4. What you earn

You earn of the price the customer pays after discounts, not including tax or shipping.

Purchases you make through your own link count too.

5. Getting paid

• Commissions are paid monthly.
• If an order is returned or refunded before that month's payout, no commission is earned on it.
• Once your application is approved, we'll set up your payout details with you.
• We may ask for tax information before paying you.
• You're responsible for your own taxes.

6. Sharing the right way

• Always say it's a partnership. Use #ad or #BombshellPartner where people will see it, as US FTC rules require.
• Only say what's true about the products. No medical or healing claims, no before-and-after promises and no made-up results. Don't claim our products treat or fix anything.
• No spam, fake reviews or misleading discounts.
• Don't bid on "Bombshell" or our product names in search ads.
• Don't pretend to be Bombshell. Only use our logo in the materials we give you.
• Our photos are concept renders. Don't present them as real results.
• Point people to their artist. Always tell people to follow their tattoo artist's aftercare instructions.

7. Ending the partnership

Either of us can end the partnership at any time.

We'll pay commissions already earned on valid orders, except where the rules were broken or there was fraud.

8. Our relationship

You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Bombshell.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let affiliates know about important changes, and the date at the top will change.
